Project 1: Complex market research for a mexican investor

The focus of the research was to determine the feasibility of an international boutique hotel. I found key information that was not readily available about several similar resorts and venues all over the world in addition to Mexico. This involved 15 interviews on email, web conference and phone calls. I compiled a detailed report for the client on each resort which took a month to complete.
